Pix Studio cannot be held responsible for any damage or loss incurred whilst your images are in transit.

Pix Studio reserves the right to refuse processing of any material they consider to be immoral or illegal.

Pix Studio aim to process your order within 5 working days - this is a guide time period only and Pix Studio can not be held responsible for longer processing times.

Pix Studio will return your images and or any packaging to you in the same condition as received - Pix Studio will send your images and CD or DVD (as ordered) back to you via Royal Mail recorded delivery insured up to the sum of £30. If this is not satisfactory it is the customer's responsibility to organise an alternative.

It is the customer's responsibility is to send a cheque payable to Pix Studio Ltd. for the full amount of the requested order as well as sufficient contact and return address details so that the order can be completed.

Pix Studio reserves the right to process payment before processing the order.

Pix Studio does not extend any form of credit to the customer.

The customer retails full copyright ownership of their images. Pix Studio will keep a backup of any images processed for up to 2 months. After this period they will be removed from our system.

Reprocessing of any images will be counted as a new order and full payment will be required.

Pix Studio free trial service only includes 3 scans, no payment will be required. Only one free trial per household.

Pix Studio will assume that all images submitted for processing is with the customer having ensured full copyright permission.

By using this service the customer understands that he/she/they cannot hold Pix Studio responsible for any lost of revenue arising as a result of damage sustained to their property whilst in Pix Studios' care.

The extent of Pix Studios liability in the event of damage is a maximum of £200.00 GBP or the value of the processing (which ever value is the lower) . In the case of a claim arising the customer must supply reasonable proof that the damage occurred whilst being processed by Pix Studio within one week of completion of processing. Reimbursement is at Pix Studio's discression.

If you authorise us to send you promotional materials, we may do so using either the email or the mailing addresses you provided on the registration or billing information screens. From time to time we may notify you of special promotions, new products or services, or other information that may interest you.

Should you not wish to receive this type of information, you will be able to express this desire by clicking on the appropriate button or checkbox when first asked to respond to the issue, or by modifying your profile at anytime thereafter - we will not send you information if you expressly inform us you do not wish to receive such materials.

The information you supply on the registration form will be kept on a database for purposes as registered under the Data Protection Act.
